Job Description
We are seeking a Strategic Events Assistant to support the planning and of corporate and private events. This role involves coordinating logistics managing vendor relationships and ensuring seamless event operations. The ideal candidate is detailoriented highly organized and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing corporate and private events from concept to completion
- Coordinate with vendors venues and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations
- Support budgeting scheduling and contract negotiations
- Oversee event logistics including setup registration and postevent evaluations
- Ensure all event materials and resources are prepared and delivered on time
- Conduct research to identify industry trends and opportunities for event improvement
- Maintain clear communication with clients partners and internal teams
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Business Marketing or a related field preferred
- 13 years of experience in event planning or coordination
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
