- Identify customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
- Process refunds exchanges and order adjustments as needed.
- Follow company guidelines and policies to ensure a high standard of service.
Qualifications :

- Previous experience in customer support call centers or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
