We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Phoenix AZ. In this role you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a problemsolving mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with order issues product information and subscription management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and issue resolution.
  • Identify customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Process refunds exchanges and order adjustments as needed.
  • Follow company guidelines and policies to ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications :

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support call centers or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
