We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and of various corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will assist with event logistics vendor coordination and onsite management to ensure seamless .
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events conferences and brand activations.
- Manage vendor communications contracts and logistics to ensure timely .
- Support event setup registration and guest coordination.
- Maintain inventory of event materials and promotional items.
- Conduct venue research and coordinate site visits as needed.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for events.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure event objectives align with company goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise before or during events.
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Communications or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in event planning hospitality or related roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fastpaced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and event management tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required for events.
