Job Description:
The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning and of events ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This position requires excellent organizational skills attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving. You will collaborate with event coordinators and other team members to help create memorable experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and planning of events from inception to completion.
- Manage event logistics including venue arrangements equipment setup and scheduling.
- Communicate with vendors suppliers and event partners to ensure all details are finalized.
- Prepare and maintain event materials signage and promotional content.
- Ensure event space is organized clean and ready for guests.
- Provide onsite support during events ensuring everything runs according to plan.
- Assist with attendee registration and ensure all guest needs are met.
- Address any issues that arise during the event to ensure a seamless experience.
- Support postevent evaluations and feedback collection.
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in event management communications or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- A keen eye for detail and problemsolving skills.
