Job Description
As the Early Talent / Graduate Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will play a key role in attracting and engaging the next generation of dental professionals. You will:
Lead university engagement efforts Organize and attend career fairs networking events and presentations to connect with students.
Build strong relationships Partner with universities student organizations and industry groups to strengthen our employer brand.
Develop talent pipelines Identify and nurture top earlycareer talent providing casual work opportunities through our Clinical Support Team.
Drive graduate recruitment Manage endtoend recruitment for our annual graduate intakes ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Collaborate with key stakeholders Work closely with our Chief Talent Officer Head of Talent Acquisition Clinical Capability Development Lead and Organisaiton Capabilities team to develop and execute effective talent strategies.
Enhance the student experience Support students in their career journey by offering insights mentorship and opportunities to gain handson experience.
Qualifications :
Experience in early talent graduate recruitment or talent acquisition (ideally within healthcare or professional services).
A people person who loves networking engaging with students and building strong industry relationships.
A strategic thinker who can develop creative ways to attract and retain top graduate talent.
Strong project management skills able to juggle multiple events partnerships and recruitment cycles.
Passion for the healthcare sector and an understanding of the unique challenges in dental recruitment.
