What Youll Do
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and implement a datadriven talent acquisition strategy to attract top professionals in AI data science and technology fields.
Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Leverage employer branding initiatives to position Blend as a top employer for AI and tech talent.
Recruitment Team Leadership:
Build and lead the recruitment team equipping them with the tools and knowledge to effectively source evaluate and hire top talent.
Implement bestinclass recruitment methodologies including AIdriven sourcing tools assessment techniques and talent analytics.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement ensuring the team stays ahead of industry trends and recruitment innovations.
Candidate Experience & Hiring Process Optimization:
Design and enhance candidate experience strategies ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment process.
Optimize hiring processes to improve efficiency diversity and quality of hires.
Monitor key recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition leadership roles preferably within tech companies or consulting environments focused on AI data science or related fields.
Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
Deep expertise in talent acquisition strategies sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies particularly for AI and datadriven roles.
Strong analytical skills with experience using datadriven insights to optimize hiring processes.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills fluent in English (C1 level) and Spanish.
Ability to manage recruitment projects in dynamic multicultural environments particularly when hiring for teams serving U.S. clients.
