Digital Strategy & Campaign
- Develop highimpact paid media strategies tailored to different markets leveraging industryleading tools such as WARC GWI and TGI for datadriven decisionmaking.
- Lead the activation of paid digital campaigns across key platforms including DV360 The Trade Desk Meta TikTok Snap and Pinterest ensuring best practices in .
- Prioritise automation at scale to improve efficiency and drive greater impact.
- Collaborate with local and international publishers to expand and strengthen digital marketing reach.
Performance Analysis & Optimisation
- Analyse campaign performance using platform studies and key media metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Test and refine strategies across objectives creatives and audience targeting to enhance effectiveness.
- Implement best practices for ad tech tools such as Smartly and DoubleVerify continuously exploring new opportunities for innovation.
- Focus on driving brand awareness and consideration through datadriven media planning.
Ad Tech & Marketing Technology Integration
- Define and implement strategies for ad tech tools and marketing technology stacks including DSPs DCO partners and brand safety solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing technology and identify new solutions to enhance campaign efficiency and performance.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing ideally within a media agency marketing agency inhouse media team or social media platform.
- Deep understanding of brand and business growth principles and their application in paid media.
- Strong campaign planning and activation expertise across major paid digital platforms Meta TikTok Snap Pinterest DV360 etc..
- Experience with ad tech solutions including DSP partners dynamic creative optimisation (DCO) and brand safety technologies.
- Ability to interpret performance marketing data tracking methodologies and attribution models using insights to drive strategic recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills with experience pitching ideas to senior leadership.
- Detailoriented project management skills capable of handling complex campaigns large budgets and ambitious performance targets.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- A collaborative teamoriented approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
