Job Description
The Role
We have a great opportunity within our DC Team for an Online Fulfilment CoOrdinator reporting to the Supply Chain Lead. You will be responsible for contributing towards the effective running of the Distribution Centre (DC) ensuring all preorders backorders and online orders are filled in a timely manner and adhering to JB policies and procedures. This role will be located at our DC in Mangere Bridge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking of preorders and online customer orders
- Receiving and replenishment of internal transfers
- Liaising with the Buying and Online Fulfilment team on customer orders
- Undertaking general data entry
- Assisting DC team with other daily tasks if needed.
Qualifications :
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to adapt to using various computer systems and some basic use of Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written (customer focused)
- Good attention to detail
- Punctual and self motivated
