Job Description
Qualifications :
Responsibilities:
- Source and Recruit: Identify and recruit healthcare professionals for various roles including RNs Nurse Practitioners LVNs Medical Assistants Radiology Techs and more.
- Leverage Platforms: Utilize social media and job boards (e.g. Facebook Indeed) to attract and engage candidates.
- Build Relationships: Establish strong partnerships with healthcare facilities like Genesis Medefis Baptist Healthcare Right Sourcing and Aya Healthcare.
- Screen Candidates: Conduct interviews and background checks to ensure qualifications align with job requirements.
- Coordinate Hiring: Manage the hiring process from job offers to negotiating employment terms.
- Maintain Database: Organize and track candidates in a database to streamline the recruitment process.
- Stay Informed: Keep uptodate with healthcare recruiting trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1 year in healthcare staffing especially for nursing and allied health roles.
- Platform Familiarity: Knowledge of staffing platforms such as Genesis Medefis Baptist Healthcare and Aya Healthcare.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
