Physical Therapist Outpatient Orthopedics (Mom and pop) seven therapist clinic
Are you an experienced physical therapist looking to join a growing practice that is redefining the patient experience A leading outpatient physical therapy clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled physical therapist to help improve patients quality of life. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team utilizing research analytics advanced technology and handson techniques to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Work directly with patients to maximize physical recovery.
- Evaluate therapy effectiveness and track patient progress.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR.
- Educate and communicate with patients in a compassionate manner.
- Facilitate safe and effective returntolife planning.

Qualifications :
- 35 years of outpatient experience.
- Interest or experience in data analytics and clinical applications.
- Strong ability to build rapport with patients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media and communitybased marketing is a plus.
- Leadership qualities and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Degree in Physical Therapy and appropriate licensure.
