Working closely with Sales Product and Marketing teams you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives to maximize market potential.
Your responsibilities
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your market segment identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Value Proposition Development: Enhance revenue opportunities by designing and optimizing value propositions.
GotoMarket Strategy: Define and implement market entry and expansion strategies overseeing new offering launches.
CrossFunctional Project Management: Lead the of strategic projects across multiple teams including Sales Product Branding Performance Marketing and Pricing.
Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze real estate and digital trends developing benchmarking strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Brand & Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with Brand PR and Performance Marketing teams to boost audience acquisition and retention.
External Representation: Elevate segment visibility through PR initiatives and industry events.
Internal Advocacy: Represent the market segment in strategic internal meetings ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
Qualifications :
Your Profile
Education & Experience: A degree from a toptier business school or university with 6 years of experience in consulting or a strategic role in the tech sector.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a detailoriented approach to problemsolving.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to persuade and collaborate with key stakeholders.
Autonomy & Communication: A selfstarter with excellent communication and teamwork skills capable of coordinating crossfunctional efforts.
Business Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with a resultsdriven mindset.
Innovation & Creativity: A curious and creative thinker with a passion for the tech industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in numerical analysis and Excel is essential.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and German.
