Job Description

As a Commercial Strategy Lead within AVIV Groups GotoMarket Strategy Department you will be responsible for driving growth in the resale real estate market segment for Immowelt & Immonet. Working closely with Sales Product and Marketing teams you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives to maximize market potential.

Your responsibilities

  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your market segment identifying areas for improvement and growth.

  • Value Proposition Development: Enhance revenue opportunities by designing and optimizing value propositions.

  • GotoMarket Strategy: Define and implement market entry and expansion strategies overseeing new offering launches.

  • CrossFunctional Project Management: Lead the of strategic projects across multiple teams including Sales Product Branding Performance Marketing and Pricing.

  • Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze real estate and digital trends developing benchmarking strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Brand & Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with Brand PR and Performance Marketing teams to boost audience acquisition and retention.

  • External Representation: Elevate segment visibility through PR initiatives and industry events.

  • Internal Advocacy: Represent the market segment in strategic internal meetings ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

 


Qualifications :

Your Profile

  • Education & Experience: A degree from a toptier business school or university with 6 years of experience in consulting or a strategic role in the tech sector.

  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a detailoriented approach to problemsolving.

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to persuade and collaborate with key stakeholders.

  • Autonomy & Communication: A selfstarter with excellent communication and teamwork skills capable of coordinating crossfunctional efforts.

  • Business Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with a resultsdriven mindset.

  • Innovation & Creativity: A curious and creative thinker with a passion for the tech industry.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in numerical analysis and Excel is essential.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and German.
