Facility Manager 
Netcompany is seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee operations across three offices in Denmark. Tasks and Responsibilities 
The role as Facility Manager involves leading a team ensuring collaboration and driving operational excellence through strong supplier management and KPI tracking. You will report directly to the Head of Facility Management and Workspaces. 
 
Responsibilities also include ensuring service quality and contract compliance through effective KPI management optimizing space utilization to accommodate company growth and conducting safety risk assessments to ensure compliance with workplace standards. Furthermore you will be responsible for physical security systems such as access control alarms and surveillance leading office renovations and relocations and drive sustainability initiatives including ISO 14001 certification to support ESG goals. As a strong project manager with a focus on performance and followup the Facility Manager will: 

• Establish and implement KPIs in critical areas such as Hard FM physical security safety sustainability supplier performance and space management. 

• Monitor KPI performance and follow up on areas requiring improvement ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. 

• Supervise safety risk assessments ensuring compliance and tracking progress through KPIdriven metrics. 

• Manage and follow up on supplier performance using KPIs to ensure highquality service delivery. 

• Lead office expansions ensuring key milestones are met and tracking progress. 

• Oversee budget planning and tracking ensuring efficient use of resources across Facility Management projects. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align Facility Management strategies with organizational priorities.

• A minimum of 5 years experience in Facility Management. 

• Proven expertise in project management with a strong focus on workplace experience and followup in critical areas. 

• Demonstrated ability to manage office expansions and deliver renovation projects on time and within budget. 

• Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards emergency response protocols and sustainability frameworks. 

• Proficiency in tracking and reporting KPIs for operational performance.
