What does it feel like to be a Software Engineer in Test in NetcompanyIntrasoft
Our fully inhouse Testing team consists of 180 professionals across our sites and is Gold ISTQB partner. This is a team led by Test Managers that serves the entire NetcompanyIntrasoft organization bringing value and benefit in all the technologies we use and offer. Our Testing team is engaged with a vast portfolio of services technologies solutions and methodologies.
As a Software Engineer in Test you will:
- Understand the business logic for the system under test
- Familiarize with the architecture of the system under test
- Analyze the tests to be automated and identify the most appropriate test automation methodology/technology
- Implement and maintain test automation scripts/frameworks
- Participate in PoC for evaluation of various tools frameworks methodologies
- Participate in the building of a CI pipeline
- Automate tests for any of the following test types (functional performance usability compatibility crossbrowser component)
- Analysis of test results for troubleshooting qualitative and quantitative analysis
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Degree in Information Technology or another relevant field
- Experience in Software Testing including expertise in writing Test scripts for Functional Regression and Performance tests
- Experience in various tools/frameworks such as Selenium SoapUI JMeter
- Work experience in the creation of Test Cases Test Scripts Test Reports and participation in Test Cycles
- Complete understanding of the Agile Software Development methodologies
- Excellent command of the English language (written & oral)
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
- Knowledge in WebServices (SOAP & RESTful) Cucumber Serenity TestNG JUnit Mockito REST Assured API and Jira Jira XRay Javascript Typescript Microservice Architectures Kafka Arquillian and Spring Boot are considered a plus
- Work experience in Java .Net Groovy SQL XML
