Job Summary:
The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all leasing activities ensuring high occupancy rates managing tenant relationships and maximizing rental income for the companys real estate portfolio. The role involves negotiating lease agreements developing leasing strategies and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
Qualifications Experience & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business Real Estate Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 57 years of experience in leasing property management or real estate sales.
- Strong negotiation sales and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of real estate laws leasing agreements and market trends.
- Experience working with leasing management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and dealclosing ability
- Market research and data analysis skills
- Customerfocused mindset
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
