Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Site Executive:
Job Responsibilities
- To act as the primary contact person for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties ensuring waste collection requirements at customer site are complied.
- Work closely with customer site operations day coordinators to understand their requirements and seek clarifications if needed.
- Responsible for project management of new and existing projects liaison with
- customers on their specifications and schedules.
- To ensure that the company meets all customers requirements.
- To ensure sites risks and issues are being tracked and mitigated/resolved.
- To manage the workers/subcon workers at project work site and inform Project Manager if there is any issue regarding to the workers or the work.
- Assist the Project Manager to manage customer care program. To monitor customer satisfaction complaints changes in customers people equipment processes materials used and business strategy.
- To ensure all Company personnel adhere to the safety Environmental and Health policies and requirements.
- Review the Company personnel work activity and review their JSRA.
- To train workers on new job/job sites requirements and also the use of any new equipment.
- To fetch workers to and from sites.
- To fetch workers to complete the task in the event of emergency activation. (after
- office hours)
Job Requirements:
- Completion of a Safety Orientation Course for work in Power Plant and Construction environments.
- Certification in Supervision for Work at Height (preferred).
- Certification in Metal Scaffold Erection with a minimum of one year of scaffolding experience.
- Practical knowledge of scaffolding erection dismantling and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations related to scaffolding (preferred).
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3000 AWS VB
- Working Days: 5.5 days work week
- Working Location: Tuas Crescent

Transport Allowance (fixed): S$800 (Candidate must possess their own transport)
Transport Reimbursement: S$700 (based on receipt / bill ie: petrol / carpark / ERP).
HP reimbursement: S$200 (based on bill)
