- Analyse and understand target audience behaviours to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive patient engagement and increase clinic visibility.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Instagram and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels engage with followers and analyse performance metrics.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads and social media ads.
- Research track and analyze consumer behaviour trend and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop strategies to enhance patient engagement and retention through digital channels.
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns including Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
