1. Managing calendars scheduling meetings and appointments.
2. Organizing and maintaining files documents and records.
3. Handling correspondence including emails phone calls and letters.
4. Preparing reports presentations and other documents.
5. Booking and arranging travel transport and accommodations.
6. Prioritizing tasks and managing the principals schedule to ensure efficient time use.
7. Reminding the principal of important tasks and deadlines.
8. Using various software and tools to manage tasks schedules and communications.
9. Keeping up to date with new technologies that can enhance efficiency.
