Job Description
A dedicated Year 3 Teacher is required for a thriving primary school in Oxford starting in April 2025. The school offers a supportive environment where creativity critical thinking and personal development are at the heart of their teaching.

Your Role:
- Deliver an engaging and challenging Year 3 curriculum that supports both academic and personal growth
- Encourage a growth mindset and a love for learning in all students
- Provide tailored support to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver a dynamic and inclusive curriculum
- Foster an environment of respect responsibility and resilience
What We Need:
- QTS and experience teaching Year 3
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students
- A creative and engaging approach to teaching
- Commitment to fostering a positive inclusive classroom environment
