Our client a leader in the retail and eCommerce industry is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support their Nudging Management Team within the Personalization Product Area. This team is responsible for developing and optimizing a sophisticated Nudging Framework a tool used globally to enhance user engagement through personalized datadriven nudges. These nudges aim to improve customer interactions by increasing login rates highlighting loyalty points driving instore visits and more.
As user engagement grows the team faces two key challenges:
- Optimizing the Nudging Framework Understanding user behavior within the tool to improve its workflow usability and effectiveness. This involves setting up analytical measurements and collaborating with engineers to refine the experience.
- Performance Monitoring & Maintenance Ensuring that nudges continue to perform effectively over time. The role involves defining key metrics setting up dashboards and identifying when interventions are needed.
The role will require close collaboration with product engineering and experience teams as well as other data analysts working on personalization initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 48 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Customer Journeys & Funnels
- Knowledge of GCP BigQuery Python (Notebooks)
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Nice to have: familiar in an FMCG of retail sector eager to learn familiar in an eCommerce environment experience with companies that have both an online and offline sales channel experience with coworker facing frontends
- Fluent English
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer journeys and funnels to optimize the effectiveness of the framework.
- Work with engineers to set up the necessary data tracking and analytics tools to monitor nudge performance.
- Design dashboards and reports to track engagement performance and impact of nudges.
- Identify trends and insights to enhance personalization strategies.
- Develop datadriven recommendations for improving the user experience within the Nudging Framework.
- Monitor ongoing nudge performance and define key intervention triggers.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
