We are seeking an AI Creative Director to lead the way in leveraging AIgenerated content for pitching and executing innovative advertising campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of AIdriven creative tools to develop highquality visuals videos sound and voiceovers that bring campaigns to life. The ideal candidate will be a master of prompt engineering skilled in finetuning AI outputs to align with unique client needs and brand identities. They should also have a strong understanding of design and video production ensuring that AIgenerated content meets high creative and visual standards.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Prompt Engineering:
- Develop precise prompts for AI output and models to achieve the desired creative output and continuously refine techniques for higherquality brandspecific content.
AIPowered Content Creation:
- Generate images videos voiceovers and sound using AI models such as Veo2 Sora Adobe Firefly Midjourney and others to craft compelling ads. Any other AI tools are also welcome.
Editing & PostProduction:
- Perform basic editing tasks to refine AIgenerated outputs including video cutting color correction and audio adjustments to ensure seamless integration.
Storyboarding & Concept Development:
- Translate creative ideas into structured storyboards that illustrate campaign visions clearly.
Client Collaboration & Selling Ideas:
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand brand requirements present creative concepts and sell AIdriven campaign ideas effectively.
AI & Brand Alignment:
- Ensure AIgenerated assets are onbrand and aligned with client expectations making necessary adjustments to meet brand guidelines.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AI foundation models (Veo2 Sora Adobe Firefly Midjourney etc. and experience in integrating AIgenerated elements into creative work.
- Strong understanding of branding and storytelling to craft AIgenerated content that resonates with audiences.
- Basic video and audio editing skills to refine AI outputs where necessary.
- Expertise in AI prompt engineering to control the creative output with precision.
- Ability to translate concepts into storyboards and pitch them persuasively to clients.
- Deep curiosity for AI innovation in advertising and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
