Job Description
We are a market research institute that specialises in international surveys in the business sector. We survey business partners in North and South America Asia Africa and of course throughout Europe.
Tasks
For an exclusive customer satisfaction survey in China we are looking for interviewers who are fluent in Mandarin. Our client is a well established German company that wants to know whether its business partners in China are satisfied or whether there is a need for optimisation. Ideally you will also speak German and/or English for communication in the project.
- Project start: End of March / beginning of April 2025
- Duration: 6 weeks until midMay 2025
- Hourly wage: 14.00 euros
- Lucrative bonus in prospect

We offer you a minijob as an interviewer in telephone market research. If you like making phone calls want to interview people on the phone using a predefined questionnaire and speak fluent Mandarin you can start with us as a telephone interviewer in market research. Students are always welcome to join us!
Requirements
- fluent in Mandarin / ideally a native speaker
- Knowledge of German or English
- Enjoy telephoning and dealing with people
- A friendly and winning telephone voice
- clear pronunciation
- A confident telephone manner
- Flexibility team spirit reliability and commitment
- good basic PC skills

As early as the application process we offer you training and practical application options to help you become proficient in professional telephoning. Later on our supervisors will give you feedback and help with telephone work and dealing with dialogue partners.
As you will be carrying out this task as part of a minijob a residence permit (only for nonEU citizens) and no other secondary employment are required.
