You are responsible for implement and follow legal and other company requirements for Health Safety and Environment
You are also responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures to protect company assets employees and visitors. This includes coordinating emergency response efforts as a member of the site management team and reporting to the divisional security.
You will coordinate locally the Facility Management
As a Facility Manager you are responsible for the availability and proper functioning of infrastructure and real estate and controlling and optimizing propertyrelated costs and budgets.
You develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and cost savings. This also includes monitoring energy consumption and environmental impact.
Implement the contractor management process ensuring they meet quality level and HSE requirements support with risk analysis and authorize hazardous work.
Manage external security services reception services and security systems including intruder alarm keys electronic access controls and CCTV
Investigation safety and security incidents and liaise with local authorities as necessary
Participate in internal and external audits
Responsible for the management of chemicals from their authorization support in the preparation of risk analysis labeling and correct storage of the same.
Qualifications :
Education: For this position we are looking for a person with Health and Safety certification a degree in facility management / industrial engineering or security management a comparable field of study.
Experience and knowhow: You have several years of relevant professional experience. You have knowledge of commercial tenancy law as well as relevant technical guidelines standards and laws and an understanding of local laws and regulations related to safety environment and security. In addition you have experience in project and FCMBudget management.
Previous experience in investigations and document management is essential.
Personality and working method: You enjoy working in an international virtual team are responsible and conscientious. You have a strong customer and service orientation as well as good communication skills. Furthermore you have good time management and coordination skills.
Language: You are fluent in written and spoken English. Further language skills in addition to the local language are a plus.
