Job Description
Our direct client is seeking a Business Analyst in Jackson MS (onsite) (C2C/1099.
Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Jackson MS
Type: Contract
Description:
The candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience in development requirements gathering process mapping data analysis product owner management software development lifecycles and knowledge of project management processes. Advanced experience with requirements management Agile development methodologies (SCRUM KABAN etc development and writing user stories for testing and system validation is also desired. The candidate must be a motivated team player with excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
Required Skills:
Candidate must have a minimum of seven 7 years experience in IT development and CI/CD processes.
The candidate must have a minimum of three 3 years experience as a Business Analyst and tester.
Candidate must possess advance knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and project management.
Candidate must have experience with DevOps Amazon Web Services (AWS) and JIRA.
Preferred:
Working knowledge of information systems supporting SNAP TANF child support and child care systems.
Tracking system defects with project tools such as JIRA and JAMA.
Experience working within an Agile Team Environment and leading SCRUM meetings.
Experience effectively communicating with departmental program managers and executives.
