Job Description
Title Assistant Manager NonDriving
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control inventory control cash control and customer relations.
Your job responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):
Perform all the duties of the FrontLine Team Members and Delivery Drivers (except delivery/driving).
Manage anywhere from 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile!
Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
Making consistent products within Dominos Pizza guidelines.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from our customers viewpoint.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Dominos Pizza Grooming Standards.
What are we looking for
Experience leading a teamduring your shift you will have to manage a staff 3 to 15 people. You will need a positive attitude and be a great motivator to be successful.
Be a great role model and leaderbe punctual and have a great attitude with customers and coworkers.
You are at least 18 years old.
Qualifications :
Must be at least 18 years old. Must pass a criminal background check.
