OCCASIONBASED MARKETING
Support the Product Marketing Team on the development of innovative and insightdriven crossfunctional marketing campaigns across multiple layers of the marketing mix.
Support the Manager on the of bestinclass National Occasions programs that drive program KPIs and ultimately product consumption.
Support the National Product Marketing team by playing a key role in managing project timelines and processes across the organization.
Support Region Brand teams on the development of Regional occasions programs
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project Manage National Occasions marketing programs and project teams
Create project timelines and identify key milestones to manage crossfunctional teams in bringing conceptual marketing programs to life on time with the right approvals and within budget
MEASURE IMPACT
Create postmortem reports for Occasions efforts to be presented to senior leaders within the Red Bull organization.
Evaluate National and Regional campaign efforts and provide optimizations and recommendations for future campaigns.
Lead competitor analysis of consumer marketing programs to ensure Product Marketing team has a clear understanding of the competition and their target.s
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive a culture of mutual accountability collaboration and partnership.
Help to rally organizational focus around pillars and always on occasions marketing and unlock the full power of Red Bull Marketing.
Foster strong relationships with agency partners and thirdparty vendors/partners ensuring the caliber of their work is high while holding them accountable to project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications :
2 years of brand marketing experience prior project management experience preferred
Strong project management skills process orientation and experience bringing complex multifaceted programs to life
Proven ability to manage complex timelines and lead crossfunctional projects
Creative mind not afraid to question and improve the status quo
Experience working with Agencies or Production suppliers preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to navigate throughout a highly matrixed organization
Additional Information :
This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $65600 to $98400 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
