Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the resilience and availability of OT environments through robust disaster recovery strategies testing and alignment with cybersecurity best practices.
- Develop implement and manage disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) plans tailored for OT systems.
- Conduct regular testing and updates of disaster recovery procedures to ensure system resilience in case of cyber incidents natural disasters or system failures.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to align OT disaster recovery strategies with overall cybersecurity policies and frameworks.
- Assess and mitigate risks to OT infrastructure by implementing proactive disaster recovery measures.
- Document recovery procedures and ensure they remain up to date with evolving threats and technologies.
- Provide training and support to OT teams ensuring awareness and adherence to disaster recovery protocols.
- Perform postincident analysis and continuously improve disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in OT disaster recovery and cybersecurity.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Cybersecurity Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in disaster recovery planning business continuity and risk management for OT environments.
- Strong understanding of OT systems industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles frameworks (NIST IEC 62443 and risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience with disaster recovery testing failover planning and business impact analysis.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to train and educate teams on disaster recovery processes and protocols.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and risk management for OT environments. Strong understanding of OT systems, industrial control systems (ICS), and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443, and risk assessment methodologies. Experience with disaster recovery testing, failover planning, and business impact analysis. Education
Bachlore in Computer Science or any other related Field.
