Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

JASARA PMC, a prominent name in Program Management within Saudi Arabia's burgeoning infrastructure landscape, is looking for a dedicated Quality Compliance Specialist to enhance our commitment to excellence. The Quality Compliance Specialist will be pivotal in ensuring that all project activities comply with established quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of quality assurance processes and a keen attention to detail, striving to foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement across all project teams.

Responsibilities

Supporting Quality Management Unit Head
Responsible for defining quality standards, policies and guidelines ensuring quality objectives are met
Responsible for evaluation of metric and performance reporting - organize and analyze data and identify trends to offer solutions
Supporting and coordinating day-to-day compliance activities and projects
Perform or oversee routine audits of compliance processes to assure accuracy and thoroughness of completion
Ensure Compliance with Quality Standards
Regulatory Adherence: Ensure the organization complies with industry regulations, standards, and guidelines (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, FDA regulations, CE marking, etc..
Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements. Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of quality compliance activities, audit results, and regulatory correspondence. Prepare detailed compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
External Audits: Prepare for external audits by regulatory bodies or certification organizations and ensure that the organization passes these audits by maintaining required standards.
. Develop and Implement Quality Control Procedures
Establish Procedures: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and guidelines that align with quality standards and ensure product consistency.
Monitor Processes: Monitor ongoing production or service processes to ensure adherence to established quality control procedures and detect any potential risks to product quality.
Process Improvement: Identify areas of process inefficiency or non-compliance and work with management and operations teams to implement process improvements that align with regulatory and quality requirements.


Desired candidate profile

Education

Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD in Business administration or Engineering or equivalent


Experience

8+ years experience in quality compliance management across multiple sectors

Conduct Quality Assurance Activities
Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure that products meet predefined quality criteria. This includes checking for conformity in materials, processes, and end products.
Deviation Management: Investigate and manage deviations from quality standards, identifying the root cause of issues and implementing corrective actions.
Preventive Actions: Identify trends or recurring issues in product quality and develop preventive measures to avoid future non-compliance or quality issues.
Training and Education
Employee Training: Conduct training sessions for employees on quality standards, compliance requirements, and the importance of adhering to quality procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization by providing feedback, coaching, and recommending best practices.
