Job Summary:
We are looking for a HubSpot Operations Associate to support the optimization and maintenance of our HubSpot CRM. This role will assist in managing workflows ensuring data accuracy and improving automation processes to enhance marketing sales and customer success operations. The ideal candidate is detailoriented techsavvy and eager to contribute to a fastpaced collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining HubSpot CRM ensuring accurate data and seamless integrations.
- Support the development of automation workflows email campaigns and lead nurturing sequences.
- Help monitor and improve lead scoring segmentation and pipeline tracking to optimize sales and marketing performance.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot minor HubSpot issues working with internal teams to resolve challenges.
- Stay updated on HubSpot best practices and assist in implementing new features.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience working with HubSpot CRM or a similar marketing automation tool.
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales operations within a CRM environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for data accuracy and reporting.
- Familiarity with email marketing lead segmentation and workflow automation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
- HubSpot certifications (preferred but not required).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Zapier Salesforce or other CRM integrations.
- Knowledge of data cleansing and CRM best practices.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
