Job Title: Banking and Financial Applications Testing Analyst
Experience: 12 Years (from Banking Sector)
Location: Whitefield Bangalore
CTC: 4.5 Lakhs per annum
Joining: Immediate Joiner
Employment Type: Fulltime
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Testing Analyst with 12 years of experience specifically in the banking sector. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of banking systems and financial applications ensuring that these systems function seamlessly through rigorous testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test banking and financial applications to ensure they meet the required functionality and standards.
- Perform functional regression and integration testing on banking systems and financial tools (such as payment systems mobile banking apps and financial reporting platforms).
- Identify document and report defects and issues found during testing.
- Work closely with business analysts developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure highquality delivery.
- Prepare and execute test cases test scripts and test plans based on system requirements.
- Ensure that banking and financial applications comply with relevant regulations (e.g. PCI DSS GDPR).
- Test integration between various banking and financial systems to ensure smooth operation.
Required Skills:
- 12 years of testing experience in the banking or financial sector.
- Understanding of banking products and services such as online banking payments and financial systems.
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database testing.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium JIRA or similar.
- Attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with banking and financial regulations (e.g. PCI DSS SOX GDPR).
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of security testing principles in banking systems.
- Exposure to testing mobile banking applications or financial platforms.
