Job Description

  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Oversee financial forecasting budgeting and reporting to support business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales marketing and operations teams to enhance overall revenue performance.
  • Utilize financial software and analytics tools to track and improve revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Forecast revenue identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer behavior to inform revenue strategies.
  • Create and manage revenue budgets and track performance against targets.
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Design and refine product and service packages to meet customer needs and maximize value.
  • Conduct pricing analysis and competitive benchmarking.
  • Implement and manage pricing tools and systems.
  • Oversee revenue operations processes including sales forecasting pipeline management and contract administration.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across revenuerelated systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimize revenue generation.
  • Provide sales enablement support including training tools and resources.
  • Work with product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement performance dashboards and reports.
  • Identify and address performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on revenue performance.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
  • Bachelors degree in business marketing finance or a related field 
  • Proven experience in revenue management sales operations or a related role.  
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.  
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
