Were seeking a driven Senior Product Owner to join SIXT a global mobility provider. In this role you lead the future of fleet processes automate workflows and collaborate with local teams to solve daily challenges. You improve key processes from vehicle acquisition to lifecycle management creating a superior user experience. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You drive the user experience of SIXT fleet team applications with an innovative approach
- You gain deep knowledge of the vehicle lifecycle (purchasing inflating defleeting) to optimize vehicle usage and maintain our mobility provider position
- You take a handson approach to tackle complex issues analyze data and visit our corporate countries to gather user feedback and deliver results
- You collaborate with operations to understand process interdependencies and develop seamless endtoend workflows that improve global fleet KPIs
- You deliver outcomefocused products that have a significant impact on the bottom line
- You define structure and prioritize the product backlog to ensure exceptional outcomes and create a compelling vision mission and roadmap that inspires colleagues and achieves business goals
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You are passionate about revolutionizing mobility with several years of product management experience in an agile environment ideally within SaaS companies
- Skills You have strong analytical skills are able to interpret data and leverage metrics and KPIs to find innovative solutions to challenges and translate strategy into actionable steps
- Communication You are an excellent communicator able to simplify complex topics and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals
- Mindset You are highly organized structured and handson with an entrepreneurial mindset focused on problemsolving
- Language You speak fluent English; German proficiency is a plus
