About trade market flooring

Purpose of the Role
As a multi skilled engineer you will play a critical role in advancing our strategic objectives by assisting the site on its 2025 growth plans as well as assisting the site with major CAPEX projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to directly impact the performance of the site and the safety of our employees contributing to Sikas success in a highly competitive market.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience in both mechanical and electrical engineering with a track record of success in project ownership.
- Experience of working within FMCG essential
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving change.
