You will:
- Make strategic decisions to ensure project outcomes align with our goals.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles by being the voice of reason and collaborating with the team to make tough decisions.
- Develop and implement strategic project plans that find and address risks to ensure project success.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure agreement on organizational goals and build relationships with partners to guide project success.
- Lead teams to ensure agreement across all departments for managed projects.
- Develop junior project managers promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements integrating solutions into project management practices.
- Exercise autonomy in decisionmaking removing obstacles and solving complex problems
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning demos and retrospectives.
- Coach teams and leaders on Agile best practices looking for ways to improve productivity and team outcomes.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years experience managing web and mobile app development projects in the directtoconsumer ecommerce or FinTech sectors.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience promoting agreement and accountability across teams.
- Experience with the Product Operating Model
- Advanced knowledge or certification in Agile frameworks risk management or a related project management specialty.
- Proficient in using JIRA Confluence Asana Slack Excel PowerPoint and MS Teams.
