Key Responsibilities:
The Portfolio Operations Technical Lead will perform the functions outlined below:
Conduct daily reviews and monitoring of breaks to ensure procedural adherence
comprehensive documentation and timely resolution
Monitor and reconcile transactions positions and cash and settlements associated with
daily investment operations
Serve as a competent backup resource during the absence of associates or specialists
Maintain and regularly update process documentation for reference by associates and
specialists
Provide ongoing monitoring of associate progress and offer coaching in various
operational aspects
Conduct monthly tasks including NAV calculations compilation of monthend signoff
packages financial statement reviews and investor statement preparation
Lead process reviews aimed at enhancing team efficiencies and ensuring alignment with
overarching objectives
Evaluate operational processes and patterns to identify key performance indicators
(KPIs) and opportunities for improvement
Ability to creatively enhance identify and improve processes.
Requirements
Job Requirements and Credentials:
Essential (MUST HAVE)
Profound understanding of fund accounting principles encompassing management and
performance fee calculations master and feeder fund structures P&L allocations and
performance returns
Comprehensive knowledge of financial products including global equities futures swaps
options FX OTC derivatives and fixed income
Exceptional English proficiency both oral and written
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to operate autonomously and deliver superior quality outputs
Proactive selfmotivated and innovative with a strong teamoriented approach
Thorough comprehension of client Portfolio Operations team objectives
Proficiency in Excel and Geneva with familiarity with Microsoft SQL considered
advantageous
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s/College Degree in Financial Management Economics Accounting or related
business disciplines. Master s degree is a plus
810 years of experience in a multinational company or bankingrelated roles preferred
