Roles & Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and track variances to ensure financial discipline and alignment with organizational goals.
- Project Cost Management: Develop and maintain project cost sheets ensuring accurate cost tracking and reporting.
- Tender & Bid Support: Collaborate with business teams to review tender costs and optimize bids from a financial perspective.
- Financial Modeling: Create detailed financial models to support business bids and strategic decisionmaking.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop SOPs for financial reporting to streamline processes and maintain consistency.
- Profitability Analysis: Prepare and present segmentwise profitability reports to provide insights into business performance.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Work closely with management and business teams to deliver various financial reports and analyses aiding in strategic planning and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; a Master;s degree or professional certification (e.g. CA CPA) is preferred.
