Job Description
About your tasks:
Commercial Ownership: Drive commercial performance of the service by creating sales strategies financial forecasts identifying revenue and cost enhancement opportunities.
Operational Excellence: Design and implement efficient processes and workflows to support the services delivery commercial impact and scalability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the key stakeholder contact for the service facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment between crossdepartmental teams like marketing commercial pharma and legal.
KPI Management: Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data insights to make strategic improvements & decisions.
Risk and Compliance Management: Ensure compliance by proactively addressing challenges and ensuring adherence to legal regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications :
About you:
You have at least 3 years of experience in business operations and commercial management ideally in fastpaced environments such as startups and consultancies.
Experience in the German healthcare system chronic care or digital health market is a plus.
You have a background in launching and scaling new services or products.
You are fluent in both German and English and comfortable using them as your primary working language.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset strong stakeholder management and exceptional communication and project management skills for effective crossfunctional and senior leadership collaboration.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a datadriven mindset and a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
Proficiencyin Excel and PowerPoint to drive data insights and present strategies effectively.
You demonstrate a high level of commitment responsibility teamwork and initiative.
