As a Brand Specialist Intern you will work closely with leadership and teams to establish a strong unified department identity. This role offers an opportunity to apply your creativity design expertise and strategic thinking to make a lasting impact within and beyond the organization.
Responsibilities
- Utilize tools such as Confluence Microsoft Teams and Jira to enhance collaboration and workflow.
- Work with stakeholders to define the departments vision mission and values.
- Develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Customize SharePoint Confluence and Teams for a cohesive digital presence.
- Organize and structure content branding and collaboration tools effectively.
- Align product website branding with the departments identity.
- Reorganize Miro boards and ServiceNow categories for better usability.
- Streamline email and distribution lists to improve communication.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Design Technology or a related field with an internship requirement as part of your program.
- Strong design skills with experience using tools like Microsoft Teams SharePoint and Confluence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders including colleagues and managers.
- Skilled in gathering and structuring information from multiple sources within a team.
- Capable of working independently and driving initiatives from start to finish with minimal supervision.
