What Challenges Await
Ensure 100 compliance with DOH LHCSA HIPAA staying ahead of regulatory inspections.
Improve staff coordination minimize missed visits and ensure seamless scheduling.
Reduce caregiver turnover build a system that motivates and retains top talent.
Maintain highquality patient care from documentation standards to clinical protocols.
Optimize costs manage budgets efficiently reduce overtime and increase productivity.
Develop and strengthen the team recruit train and retain top healthcare professionals.
Implement advanced technology work with HHA Exchange EMR and other healthcare systems.
What It Takes to Succeed
RN License in New York State required.
5 years of experience in Home Care or clinical management you know how the system works from the inside.
Strong knowledge of LHCSA DOH HIPAA and other regulatory standards not just the laws but how to apply them in practice.
Experience in workforce management from scheduling to implementing new care standards.
Understanding of financial processes in Home Care you are comfortable with budgets and cost management.
Crisis management skills you can quickly resolve complex situations and find solutions under pressure.
