Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2400 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:
Sagan represents a real estate development firm specializing in multifamily construction projects. Their team is dedicated to delivering highquality developments and seeks a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee projects coordinate teams and ensure successful .
Position Overview:
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multifamily construction projects ensuring efficient from planning to completion. This role requires experience with architectural structural and MEP plans and a strong ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multifamily construction projects from initiation to completion
- Review and interpret architectural structural and MEP plans
- Coordinate with contractors architects and engineers to ensure project alignment
- Track project progress budgets and timelines ensuring smooth
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively resolving issues as they arise
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of multifamily construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret architectural structural and MEP plans
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience with Procore and CAD (preferred)
- Proficiency with Excel for creating takeoffs (counting and quantifying project elements)

- Experience working remotely with USbased teams
- Background in real estate development or general contracting
