Executive/ Sr. Executive / Lead Talent Acquisition

Experience: 1 7 years

Location: Chennai


Job Summary:

We are looking for a resultsdriven Technical Recruiter to manage endtoend recruitment processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition sourcing strategies and stakeholder management. This role requires expertise in handling highvolume hiring while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


Job Responsibilities:

Manage endtoend recruitment including requirement gathering sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiation.

Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals social media networking) to attract top talent.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback across all stages.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Technical Recruiter handling volume hiring protfolio.

Strong understanding of fullcycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced highvolume hiring environment.
