We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Head of European Sales to join our Force Sensors division.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales and customer support team across Europe.
- Senior partner of the management in the territory.
- Coach mentor and develop the team.
- Monitor and report on all sales activity and results.
- Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly YEFC (yearend forecast) by customer product and territory.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities/ market segments within territory; Increase sales growth and maximize market potential.
- Selects appropriate subordinate sales staff to ensure smooth growth to support company objectives
- Organizes and participates in regional meetings to facilitate efficient business practice
- Willingness to travel across the region up to 50

Requirements :
- BS in related discipline; MBA is a plus
- 10 years of significant experience in sales and business development at a senior level position.
- Experience in sales and business development of Industrial Automation products /Sensors (weighing force) to OEMs (Packaging Robotics Medical Machine Builders Construction Agriculture etc..
- Strong business/finance background and experience
- Knowledge of commercial transactional process involved with sales
- Previous experience negotiating multiyear contracts with large global OEMs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
