Job Description
Role:
Design and refine user interactions that enhance usability and accessibility.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to create seamless experiences.
Support and guide Product Managers in planning and prioritizing features
Develop wireframes prototypes and user flows that align with business and user needs.
Work with visual design elementswhile deep graphical skills arent required theyre
appreciated!
Apply (or learn more about) accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusivity.
As a member of the UX team review and give constructive design critique to colleagues.
Essential requirements:
Strong and proven experience in interaction design UX or a related field.
A solid understanding of usability principles and usercentered design.
Graphical design experience (e.g. UI icons layout) is a plus.
Familiarity with accessibility regulations (such as WCAG) is a merit.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Being able to drive and spearhead UX research for current and future developments
