Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a strong background in legal writing. This role is focused on handling complex legal research case preparation and drafting essential legal documents. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced legal environment and brings a high level of professionalism and expertise to the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct indepth legal research on complex immigration matters.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients and team members.
- Prepare and draft comprehensive legal documents including motions petitions briefs and other case filings.
- Work closely with clients to gather evidence prepare case documentation and develop tailored legal strategies.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a cohesive approach to case management.
- Oversee and delegate tasks to support staff including paralegals and legal assistants to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration law.
- Strong expertise in legal research and writing.
- Ability to draft persuasive and wellstructured legal arguments.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency (preferred).
Monday to Friday
Hybrid Remote Must Relocate to Fall River MA before starting work
