- A passion for coaching training and working both oneonone and in a team environment
- Proficiency with basic technology tools including Zoom social media and other digital platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging in marketing and lead generation across social media platforms (training provided)
- Conducting structured phone and Zoom interviews using companyprovided training and scripts
- Following up with clients to monitor progress and ensure engagement with our awardwinning personal development programs
- Managing and optimizing your own work schedule to maximize efficiency and results
- Participating in 35 weekly training Zoom sessions to enhance your professional development
