WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Scrum Master at JYSK you will play a pivotal role in facilitating agile practices and ensuring the successful implementation of the Framework based on SAFe.

You will be the Scrum Master for two agile teams within the Finance domain:

  1. Sales & VAT Focused on managing Sales and VAT processes for JYSKs retail operations ensuring compliance and efficiency across our markets.
  2. Agile Finance Dedicated to optimizing and standardizing finance processes supporting global initiatives like the S/4HANA migration and bridging the gap between finance and IT to deliver efficient scalable finance solutions.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • serve as the Scrum Master for both teams leading them to achieve their goals and removing impediments blocking progress
  • prepare and facilitate agile team events ensuring effective flow continuous improvement and creating a learning environment with ongoing feedback and retrospectives
  • guide and coach the teams in agile methods practices and principles to deliver highquality products and services
  • foster a collaborative environment encouraging open communication within and across teams and assist in identifying and managing risks dependencies and issues impacting delivery
  • ensure team adherence to agile metrics using data to drive decisionmaking
  • collaborate with the Product Owners for both teams as well as the Release Train Engineer
