Key Responsibilities:
- Install software and troubleshoot issues on Windows Mac and mobile devices
- Provide remote and walkup support for hardware and software
- Handle printer installations and breakfix
- Coordinate data backup recovery and asset management
- Manage warranty repairs hardware refreshes and spare parts
- Provide VIP and audio/video support
- Work with external vendors for repair coordination
- Maintain accurate inventory and asset records
- Collaborate on new hire onboarding and hardware distribution
Requirements
Requirements:
- Mininum of 2 years of IT experience and technical training
- Proficient with Windows Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of network concepts and printer management
- Experience with Windows 10 imaging
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in IT troubleshooting and a good soft communication skills
