Job Description
- Deal with 3PL local vendors and foreign vendors.
- Deal with 3rd Parties Logistics for import/export shipment arrangement/customs clearance delivery to customers control inventory in the warehouse. Control Logistics Cost.
- Work with the Sales team on the monthly sales forecast.
- Work with Seller for production plan and shipment arrangement.
- Clarify the Vendors Payment claim for the payment process.
- Dealing with Suppliers for a good purchase.
- Update and follow the Customers Outstanding Sales Orders.
- Support customers for stock checking sourcing placing the order and Goods Delivery on time.
- Liaise with Finance Team to ensure accurate and timely payment with the suppliers if any
- Liaise with THE SELLER for shipping documents including a packing list delivery report CO reexport certificate of manufacture CO/CQ customer clearance invoice
- Liaise with local forwarders for the delivery arrangement to customers nationwide.
Requirements
- Education: college degree preferred in business/supply chain management/logistic related field
- Work experience: over 3 4 years experience in SCM and Logistics.
- Can Do Attitude.
- Experience in supply chain management is an advantage
- Good command of writing and speaking English
- Computer skill: Microsoft office
- Details oriented hardworking resultsoriented and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Careful good at numbers.
