Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Parttime: 4 hours per day Monday to Friday (flexible within 9 AM 5 PM Pacific Time)
- Performancebased incentives available
Outreach Specialist (Remote PartTime)
We are looking for a motivated Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients regarding auto home and life insurance guiding them through initial inquiries and ensuring a smooth transition to an insurance agent when appropriate.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential clients regarding auto home and life insurance
- Engage with leads in a professional and courteous manner
- Qualify prospects and assess their insurance needs
- Provide basic information about available insurance options
- Schedule appointments or facilitate a warm handover to an agent when needed
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and followups
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve outreach strategies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer outreach sales or telemarketing preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection
