Location:Tulsa OK
Pay Rate:$25.00 per hour (DOE)
Shift:Monday Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking anexperienced Drafting Checkerto join our team inTulsa OK. The ideal candidate will have astrong background in reviewing 3D models and 2D drawingsto ensure accuracy and quality. This role requiresproficiency in Inventor and AutoCAD as well as expertise insteel fabrication and design. Knowledge offired heaters boilers and heat exchangersis essential as you will be assisting drafters in the design and verification process.
Key Responsibilities
Drawing & Model Review:Examinefabrication drawingsfor compliance withcompany standardsand ensureaccuracy and quality.
Collaboration:Work closely withengineers and drafting teamsto maintaincompany design standards.
3D & 2D Drafting:Develop3D modelsand2D fabrication drawingsusingInventor and AutoCAD.
Bill of Materials (BOM):Generate and maintainaccurateBOMs for production needs.
Documentation:Createvarious documentation and deliverablesrequired for fabrication.
Redrafting & Revisions:Modify and refinedesigns based on feedbackfrom the engineering team.
Problem Identification:Identify andcommunicate design concernsto ensure structural integrity and compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:Minimum3 years of drafting experiencein afabricationenvironment.
Software Proficiency:Advanced knowledge ofInventor and AutoCADis required.
Technical Expertise:Strong understanding ofsteel fabrication and design; experience withfired heaters boilers or heat exchangersis necessary.
Attention to Detail:Ability tohandle complex projectswhile maintaininghigh accuracy and quality.
Communication Skills:Strongverbal and written communicationskills.
Time Management:Highlyorganized able toprioritize tasks and work efficiently undertight deadlines.
