Job Description
Senior full stack Developer 12 months Brussels
One of our important clients is currently looking for a Fullstack Developer for a 12month contract based in Brussels. Day rate is negotiable. Hybrid position.
As a Fullstack Developer you will play a critical role in designing developing and maintaining highquality software solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations. Your expertise in both frontend and backend technologies will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and maintain web applications using Java Angular and other relevant technologies.
o Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
o Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
o Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
o Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
o Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
o Implement and adhere to TestDriven Development (TDD) practices to ensure robust highquality code.
o Write and execute unit tests integration tests and endtoend tests.
Project Context:
You will be joining our Health project focusing on the development of mobile and web applications that manage patient prescriptions presenting them to both patients and care providers.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
o Experience: Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer.
o Technical Skills:
o Frontend: Angular Typescript CSS/SCSS Vue.js
o Backend: Java 17 Spring Boot 2.x 3.x)Spring Security Artemis Spring Data JPA (Jakarta) Postgres Flyway QueryDsl Junit5 assertj Mockito
o Database: PostgresSQL Elasticsearch
o The candidate must be fluent in either French or Dutch and have an understanding of the other language.
Nice to have:
Tools: Docker Tomcat Nginx Gitlab CI/CD Jenkins
Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience with Spring Boot applications and hexagonal architecture
o Experience with workload deployed on Kubernetes (Openshift)
o Familiarity with modern development practices such as CI/CD and containerization.
o Knowledge of application development for various sectors including healthcare environmental conservation and public safety.

o Strong problemsolving skills and a keen attention to detail.
o Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o A proactive attitude towards learning and implementing new technologies.
